my story & my why.
I know this path because I’ve walked it—and continue to.
What began as a health journey became a full-blown spiritual awakening and inner homecoming, a transformation that changed every aspect of my life for the better.
Growing up, I was the girl who did what she thought she “should” to fit in, as many our stories go before we know better. I looked like I had it all together, but on the inside I deeply lacked self-trust. That disconnection from myself showed up in my body, my health, my relationships, and my constant need for external validation.
But let’s rewind.
I grew up in Costa Rica, which is a whole story in and of itself. But my journey really notably began in college when I moved to California. At Chapman University, I threw myself into the full experience—partying, pulling all-nighters, getting A’s, joining a sorority—having fun but also so lost and insecure on the inside.
Beneath the fun was a mounting toll on my health. I gained weight, had anxiety, migraines, and digestive issues so intense I’d joke I looked 8 months pregnant—while secretly feeling shameful, confused, and uncomfortable in my skin.
That, paired with a looming visa expiration, a complicated (but beautiful) love story with my now husband, and a deep uncertainty about my future, sent me spiraling into an identity crisis.
I had followed logic over intuition, fear over desire my whole life... and it caught up with me.
After graduating, I moved in with my partner “just for the summer”… and never left. Something about that decision—secretly marrying him at a courthouse, choosing love over fear—was my first intuitive leap toward a new life.
Starting fresh allowed me to turn things around. I dove headfirst into wellness, changed my lifestyle, moved to a new city, and eventually became a certified Health Coach. But as I healed my physical body, I found myself pulled into something deeper.
What started with food and fitness soon became an unhealthy attempt to fix myself. I tried every diet, every supplement, every lab test. I was desperate to heal my body—but it started to backfire.
No matter what I did, my symptoms persisted. The harder I tried, the worse it got.
I blamed myself. I felt broken.
And underneath it all was a deeper belief I hadn’t yet faced: I’m not enough.
What I now see as a wake-up call, I once saw as failure. But the truth was, my body wasn’t broken—it was speaking to me.
Watching the HEAL documentary one night, tears streaming down my face, I finally saw it clearly:
I’d been trying to “fix” myself with tools, teachings, routines—not realizing all of it was built on the painful belief that something was wrong with me. That I wasn’t good enough as I was.
That realization changed everything.
I stopped trying to force my healing and began softening into it.
I turned inward. I studied the subconscious mind, trauma, emotional repression, and the way stress shapes our biology. I learned how most of our lives are run by unconscious programs—and how to lovingly rewire them.
This was the beginning of my homecoming and the birth of my podcast — Home to Self.
I began to meet myself with compassion. To hold space for my inner child and peel back the layers of conditioning that had kept me in survival mode rather than trust.
And as I did, everything began to shift.
My body began to heal.
My self-worth deepened.
My relationships became more authentic.
My work became purposeful and soul-aligned.
I stopped constantly trying to prove my worth, and instead lived from a place of peace, joy, and self-connection.
This journey is what I now guide other women through.
Because the truth is: you are not broken. You’ve just been living disconnected from your true Self.
The work I do isn’t about fixing—it’s about freeing.
A reclamation of the woman you were before the world told you who to be.
Through subconscious reprogramming, emotional healing, feminine embodiment, and spiritual integration, I now guide women back to the safety and power within.
To a life that isn’t just beautiful on paper—but feels deeply alive in your bones.
This path isn’t always easy, but it is always worth it.
Because when you come home to yourself, you begin to move through life with ease, clarity, and magnetism.
Synchronicities land.
Miracles unfold.
And you remember who you truly are.
It’s my honor to walk beside you.
To witness your remembering.
And to support your return to Self—a soft, powerful, lasting liberation.
Thank you for being here.
This journey changes the world, one liberated woman at a time.
I love you.
I see you.
And I believe in your becoming.
Before & after — when you shift internally, your body follows suit. This is just a physical example of what happens when you return to yourSelf, but the ease ripples out into every area of your life, because you are at the center of your own universe and life is a mirror of your inner world.
